Second-rate goods, I won't buy any more.

I bought Galaxy Buds, after 2-3 months the volume in the right earphone fell to 5% of the volume of the left one (according to subjective sensations). I went to the store where I bought it - they replaced it with a new pair. The problem recurred 3 months later. Again I went to the store, again they gave out a new pair. After 4 months, the problem recurred, but I could not go to the store - it was April, there was quarantine. Needed headphones, purchased Galaxy Buds Plus. After quarantine, I took the headphones to the store, where I was informed that Samsung had forbidden the store to carry out diagnostics on its own and the headphones were sent to a service center. After 2 weeks, the answer came - the case is not guaranteed, the earpiece is dirty. I thought to hell with him - there are new headphones. And such a problem arose with the Galaxy Buds Plus. I decided to contact Samsung directly to ask for a refund - the headphones obviously do not perform their function and are of poor quality, as the problem occurs systematically. I got to the customer service manager Natalia. After some time of communication, we came to the conclusion that I would send the headphones to a service center for diagnostics and, based on the results, we would think something. The service center said that the case was not guaranteed, there was pollution in the earpiece, they offered to clean it for 2k. I turned to Natalia, and she, to put it mildly, sent me away and was absolutely uninterested in solving the problem, saying that since the case was not guaranteed, nothing could be done here. It turns out that I bought headphones for 10k, which cannot last even a year. The company sends me, refusing to look for a solution to the problem. Everything would be fine if this was the first such problem, but the problem occurs constantly. If you value your time and want to be sure that you will be helped to solve your problems - do not choose Samsung products.
