This spray kit is easy to use and fill with the small funnel provided. I appreciate the bottle brush as the holes for these bottles are very small and quite difficult to clean. I don't actually use a basting brush. So far I have found it very convenient to fill them up and then drizzle over meat or vegetables before roasting or grilling. I haven't used the papers that came with it, so I can't comment on their effectiveness yet. In general, though, the oil spreads well — it's not a splatter to smear with a brush — and gives a lighter, more even finish than drizzle. I have infused oil with regular olive oil. and another one with garlic butter.
