Couldn't be cheaper than these readers. At the multi-pair price I paid here at Revain, they cost less than $4 a pair, but the overall quality of materials, construction, fit, and functionality rivals drugstore branded reading glasses. or Target etc. which cost 3-5 times more! They're as cheap as the ones you can buy at the dollar store, but the quality is ten times better than the cheap ones. Lenses are good, no distortion. loose/brittle, which aids in fit and comfort. You usually pay extra for spring hinges at regular store prices. I also appreciate that they come in a variety of shapes as I prefer the fuller lens size/shape to the small rectangular ones that people push through all the way through. their noses "peeping out" at you from behind the panes. I find that full size lenses are also helpful when reading for long periods of time as they significantly reduce eye strain as they offer a wider field of view. I will be buying a few more of these lenses so I always have a few pairs on hand.
