These collars are bright red, white and blue with different flags. The clasps are black plastic cat heads that "quickly release" if the collar gets stuck in something. The quality is like what sells at twice the price in pet stores and they have cute charms! The only complaint is that the pattern on the collar of Uncle Sam's hat (blue) is upside down. Or a cat's head on its head. Most people won't notice, but it annoys me.
