It fails in its most important function

I bought this in December when I upgraded my laptop to MBP. I also have an old 27" Thunderbolt display. All the machined holes are very tight. Too tight. Probably just within specs, but they're so tight that each plug insertion or removal is a chore. (See below for details) 1. Display (with USB-C adapter) doesn't work with HyperDrive, I have to connect it directly to MBP (ok, no big deal, but it limits which side of MBP I can 2. I use SD cards for videos. The SD interface never worked. Worst of all these working memory cards broke the case. This is an old camera and very picky about which cards it works with. 3. I have USB audio interface (2 channel mixer + headset monitor). A few days later, when I unplugged the USB-A connector from the HyperDrive, the device stopped working. I suspect that when trying to unplug the USB-A connector from the HD, the USB -Power supply at the audio box was short-circuited en. 4. I connected my iPad Pro to use it as a stroller. does not provide enough power to charge the iPad.5. I have contacted support via email but have not received a reply from them. Conclusion: - The connection interfaces are too small (but who knows if they are within acceptable limits?), which either require too much effort or break the packaging. - A design flaw that caused the external device to short-circuit. This should never happen. Unstable power supply to external devices.
