I purchased these sheets with the Dream On Me Playard 3 inch mattress used in Pack and Play. The sheets fit perfectly, you might feel like they don't fit when you open the package, but the elastic edge is definitely stretchy enough and they should fit snugly in baby sheets anyway They are a bit thinner than I would have liked; The mattress has a cloud/angel print and shows through the sheets a bit. But I do not mind. The sheets are not scratchy. They can be washed and dried very well without much care. I would definitely recommend packing these for 3" and playing with mattresses.
