We love how simple it was to set up, allowing us access from anywhere in the world! It's been amazing for our candidates who are working remotely as they can now connect with employers at times that work best for them instead of being restricted to an office location during business hours only.

There really isn't anything I dislike about this product other than perhaps more features would be nice (i.e., live video chat). The benefits we've realized include having better control over when/where interviews happen so applicants get matched faster leading to higher quality hires.
