Our first experience with Omnipresent was working directly for their VP Global Operations. They are very detail oriented and very professional and seem genuinely invested in helping us succeed! I wish we had worked for them years ago! It's been fantastic to work together as colleagues instead of just contacts from afar. I cannot think of anything that they do well or poorly! Their whole team is top notch (even with all the moving parts)! There were definitely some transitions during our tenure at this agency but nothing major came up. The lack of transparency when things aren't going smoothly. Sometimes there would be an issue with billing/payments coming out and no one knew why or what could have caused such confusion. I like that they are very organized with their processes and procedures. The account manager was great! She made sure we were always up-to date with everything happening within our agency. There was little communication between us as an employer; however, the account rep did her best. Great people management for this organization. They could have better communications about changes or updates to policies/processes.
