When I first got it it fitted my new Dell Inspiron 14 5410 perfectly. Worked well and was a great size. Unfortunately, no power supply is included. I had to buy a USB-C power adapter separately. However, for the first two weeks it was a great buy with no issues. Worked exactly how I wanted it. Even charged my laptop. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the network went offline and reconnected. I always go from wired ethernet to wifi and then back to wired ethernet. Thinking it might be caused by a Windows OS update, I connected my Macbook Air to it and encountered the same issue. I checked the manufacturer's website to see if there might be new drivers for the device, but the manufacturer's website is incomplete. , no drivers are listed and neither is this device listed. I'm not sure if everyone has this problem, but I am sure. For those who don't, this is a really great docking station.
