I will probably return this heater for a different model or brand. I used it for less than an hour and had two problems. The main problem is that the thermostat shows that it is heating up. When I first tested it everything was fine, the temperature matched my home thermostat. I turned it off and on again, after which it showed a temperature of 3 to 7 degrees above normal (see photo). This causes the device to shut down thinking it has reached the set temperature. And this was not because the block was heating up during operation, but after about 30 seconds of operation. The temperature difference also seems to fluctuate, so I don't feel comfortable compensating for the temperature rise. Other issues: - When switching between high/low settings/fans, it got stuck on the high setting even when the display switched. of high attitude. Turning off the device resolved this issue and it has not recurred. The device vibrates even when it is not heated and the fan is not running. It might not be a real problem, but it's weird. I'll probably contact support first with any issues as the first thing you see when you open the box is how they make it perfect when they don't. I will update my review if anything comes from their customer service.
