I'm 5'7", weigh 165-185 pounds, have long legs, my waist and hips are usually 10" apart (my waist is the smaller of the two) and I ordered medium. I LOVE the fit and feel of this jumpsuit! It's soft and stretchy enough to conform to you if you prefer something smaller or larger than your chosen size. Luckily the leg openings are not at all tight if I buy my actual size which usually leaves me a bit uncomfortable on the hips. But it fits my chest, arms, waist and legs well. I almost didn't want to take it off! It also washes well without fading, warping or pilling. I am very happy with my choice.
