I did not receive the cartridges as shown. I installed black first and it didn't print. (I'm an experienced computer programmer). After removing it and cleaning up the spilled ink on me and the printer, I installed a second reman. It worked fine. Installed the three remaining colors and they printed, but the color was far, far from the Microsoft palette. I played around for about 20 minutes, printing several sheets and setting up Epson after each sheet. We're finally getting closer to what standard Epson cartridges can do. They were cheap, but they didn't come close to the original equipment either. Have been using a Canon printer and Reman cartridges for years with no problems. Won't buy this again.
