Great for my L. Reuteri yogurt!
That's exactly what I wanted to do for my L. Reuteri yoghurt. The sides and neck are ideal for measuring the right amount of liquid and keeping it sealed in the yogurt maker. After cooling, sealed jars can be immediately placed in the fridge and stacked on top of each other. The shape of the glass also makes it easier to remove the finished chilled yoghurt. I like to make this ahead of time for my husband and myself, so with a 40x jar this size I can keep a constant supply through my Sutek yogurt maker and fridge. PERFECT!
