Let me start by saying that I grew up in a family of beauticians and spent my formative years doing my homework under the hood of an old hair dryer, while I waited for my mother to finish her work in the salon. Salon owned and also operated by my grandmother. This family loves some hair products. With that in mind, there will NEVER be a shortage of hair products in my family. I've tried so many products it's bordering on the absurd. My hair length varies from a few inches to about 6 inches. Black and curly. The problem with most modern products is that they leave hair so brittle, but if you don't use enough of it it won't do much. I just assumed this was a hair product warning for most of my life, at least for men. Either no product or a product that made it crunchy in one form or another. Or any other awkward texture that didn't feel very natural. It wasn't until I went out to dinner with two women and the hostess seriously thought we'd all just gone swimming judging by the look of all our hair did I decide there had to be SOMETHING out there that didn't have that effect. Luckily, I came across this article from The Art of Manhood: [.] I decided to try some new products, much to my mother's chagrin. When I mentioned my purchase in our next conversation, she didn't understand why I would even want to try something that wasn't on the shelves of a modern salon. I took Vitalis, Groom & Clean and American Crew. . It's tolerable but definitely not what I was looking for. Very light and doesn't hold much. Groom & Clean is fantastic. Highly recommended for quick application and a good hold over several days. I have to do it again. American Crew is a completely different lineup than Groom n Clean, but my god what a product. I like both, but I think American Crew will take over. This is a more modern product but a return to the old school stuff. I don't know how they do it, but even a small amount gives hair a beautiful shine and shine with fantastic hold while leaving it soft to the touch. It doesn't look or feel greasy, it's healthy and soft. My curls stay together without tangling and look fab as hell. No kidding, this thing makes me feel like a movie star or whatever my hair looks like. I didn't shower the night I first applied it and fell asleep early to find that my hair looked amazing in the morning! Still soft with good grip. Although the back is a bit flat. hahaObviously results will vary but this is a staple for me at the moment. If you want to try a product, do yourself a favor and at least try it. thick composition. A waxy feeling when you pull out the spoon. You don't want much. Just take a little alone My method is to rub the mixture between your palms until it warms up a little off your hands, then apply it to damp hair after you shower. Sometimes I use a little more, sometimes a little less. There is no exact method. If you have curly hair, be sure to squeeze it out (take a handful and press against your head). It really seems to help me. I hope this review is helpful and best regards!
