Good cheap replacement
Comes with no instructions. I think you get what you pay for. Follow up edit: The remote control seems to be fully compatible with my 73 inch Mitsubishi HD projection TV. very weak. I have several animals, the remote gets kicked on the floor quite often and every time it hits the floor the lid comes off. We ended up using duct tape to make it more durable. Overall a good buy and very cheap!
