It comes in a soft envelope with a nice box.
I am checking this after opening the package, making sure it is the correct item and packing it for my son. It smelled like leather. The words are spelled correctly. Seemed solid. So far it hasn't fallen apart in the box it came in. At least a week after opening the gift, I will be able to give a more satisfactory review, but that's all I can tell you for now.
