Recently, I had an unpleasant encounter with YIGII, a popular internet retailer of hardware and do-it-yourself supplies. Although they have a wide variety of products to choose from, their customer support is subpar. I had trouble with one of the items I ordered, and it took me a while to get a response from the customer support department. Finally receiving a reply left me feeling like I was being stonewalled. It was very disheartening and exasperating. The goods I was sent were also of subpar quality. For the price I paid, I was hoping for more durability from the goods I purchased. While I do value the variety of products available at fair rates from YIGII, my dissatisfaction stems from the company's unresponsiveness and subpar customer service. I am unable to endorse YIGII as a social media leader and would strongly suggest that my audience look elsewhere.
