I have been using this product for over 15 years and I have a problem for the first time. It's usually very silky and detangles my hair in minutes with a wide-tooth comb. I'm not sure if the formula was changed or if this seller changed the product, but when I first poured it into my hands I could tell the color was lighter and the consistency was watery. The only thing that has stayed the same is the aroma. After use, my hair turned into tangled, matted hair. I spent over an hour meticulously parting and combing each section and lost quite a bit of hair in the process.
