Never wrote reviews but after this use I had to. I used it as directed for 5 days and everything went well and I noticed an improvement mostly right after the teeth whitening, then I felt like everything was back to normal so I was a bit disappointed. So I was just finishing my second tube of gel and hadn't even finished my 15 minute teeth whitening session when my gums started to burn very badly. It got so bad that I had to end the session early to see what was going on. (this has never happened to me before) and my gums looked discolored and bleeding. Now I am very disappointed with this product which sucks because I was really looking forward to a good whitening tool. Now I'm nervous about whether or not I messed up my gums.
