My first experience with austdomain was when I purchased my website URL, it took about 5-7 days to arrive after payment had been made but that's ok as i'm still learning how this site works so no issues there! The customer service team were very helpful & friendly throughout our communication process which ensured we understood what each step in purchase meant before making any decisions or payments. Nothing really not sure if anything can be improved except for maybe give us more info regarding tax implications of transferring domains into different countries - like US etc where you have higher taxes than Aussie ones? I like the way it works. It's easy to use and the support is excellent. The interface is a bit dated and could use a refresh, but the basics are still there. There is a lot of competition from other providers. Go for it. The interface is easy to use and the support is excellent. If you are looking for a reliable domain registrar, then this is the one for you. I am solving the problem of having a reliable domain registrar.
