OMG. so perfect to elevate my wrist just enough to ease the pain i have in my wrist. A few years ago I had wrist surgery to remove a ganglion cyst but the pain was still in the wrist area so this is exactly what I needed. The back has a rubberized backing to keep it in place. Ergonomically designed wrist is just the right size - doesn't interfere with mouse movement. I would understand it. I have read countless reviews and this one is just perfect. I have been an RN for 22 years and this is medically approved.
