Review on Ensuring Compliance and Dimensional Accuracy with SunTop Printing Filament by Jason Camarillo

Beautiful but uncomfortable - 3D printing consumables

First, it's really beautiful. I mean very beautiful. It has a shine you won't find anywhere else. So why only 3 stars? Honestly, it prints like PETG. Now I have a sample of exactly one bun, so take what I say with a grain of salt. He likes it hot. I was best at 220. I've read that it under-extrudes for some people. I had exactly the opposite problem. My flow multiplier is 0.87 and that's with correctly calibrated extruder steps. If you enter anything other than vase mode, this thread will show all sins. If you're not a pull-in god, the Z stitch will stand out. This is more of a feature of the filament as the sheen only indicates any flaw. My biggest complaint is the moldings. Hot enough to flow well and have good layer adhesion and it just curls up like crazy on the ledges. This was obviously an anecdote and I've seen several reviews with some really outstanding prints that didn't seem to suffer from any of my issues. But most seem to agree. You are only buying this for the color and color. Prepare to create some massive room sets.
