Wrong parts (supplier)

I ordered what was supposed to be an exact HVAC door motor replacement for my 1994 Silverado C1500. I ordered them according to the information provided and they are WRONG to the point of being unusable! The connector pins are reversed or missing, and a slotted half-round bracket is attached to one motor that doesn't fit my truck. I've had this problem before. send her back
