The responsiveness was excellent from beginning to end. I could not think of anything that we did not communicate about or get done as promised. The only thing I can think of is that my work load was rather high at one point in time, but they were more than accommodating and worked with my schedule (as best they could). Be prepared for quick and accurate turnaround. Communication with the engineers and technicians is extremely efficient. We have been able to provide our customers with on-demand support since we implemented the solution. Our customers love it because they don't have to wait weeks for us to respond. Fast tech media team is very helpful and responsive. They have helped me with several problems and always had my best interest in mind.
