Review on Sales and Marketing Pro by Edwin Black

It's easy for me as I'm not technical at all, so it does what i need without any hassle or issues! The price makes this software very affordable too which means there are no hidden costs like other products do have (like Microsoft).

There isn't much out-of -the box but more can be added by using their support team if needed / requested from them via chat/email etc.. Maybe some features could improve such things would help with user experience eg; automatic emails sent when new orders created eg automatically send an email thanking customer who purchased something within last x days?
