Too big to fit under all cables.
They didn't fit under the wire of some of my teeth, especially my lower front teeth. The plastic end that needs to be routed between the tooth and the wire is much larger than it should be. The Platypus brand is much better with a smaller/thinner piece that fits all of my wires. I returned these. Recommend the Platypus brand, not these - they're more expensive but they work!
