I was happy with this for my first videos but after some use I realized I needed better. It all depends on what you're doing. I wanted a ceiling mount for my phone to shoot paint pour videos. I wanted something right above my head and that was great for a small screen like 8x10 or something, but of course the bigger the screen the stiffer it is. I am currently working on a 16x20 canvas and using a 0.6 zoom, it fits just right. If I uploaded my videos without editing that would be fine, but since I crop some of the sides in my videos I would have to compensate by losing some top/bottom. I hope this is understandable. Another thing is that with the phone attached, the mount has limited positioning as it bumps against the part holding it. They work. It definitely serves a purpose and I'm not trying to say it's not good to use, but depending on what you need it for it's worth considering.
