Flexible and soft: my feedback
More of a light grey than blue in my opinion but no complaints at all. I tried one before that was much more of a hard rubber, this one is so flexible and soft. Fits great in the palm holding with the handle between two fingers. Gets my scalp feeling great and helps with the winter itches. I have thin fine hair and so far haven't had any tangle issues when using this but I am careful as my hair type tangles easily. Very happy!
