Quality product. Easy to use. However, you must be patient. Don't try to fix a dent with one shot. Go yourself. I used it on the hood of my truck that needed body work. I didn't want to sand, I added putty and sand. Just wanted to tighten the dents. This tool did just that. Older vehicles run the risk of paint peeling off. The tool kit includes a plastic-headed hammer for when you pull too hard and need to press down on a high spot. After a little practice, I'm ready to move on to my car. The best advice I can give you is to read the instructions!
