The team is always there to help us if we need guidance or clarification, also have great products that are easy for all of our departments (employee onboarding/ training department). Their customizations can sometimes be complicated so make sure you really get in touch with your account manager about any questions at first before going live! They do offer free demo weeks which was very helpful when learning their system as no one person could fully train me until this program came out!! Easy payroll integration- saves lots time compared other programs I've used previously where it wasn't integrated right away into W2s etc.. I like that you can create different types of surveys (e.g., closed-ended, open-ended) in one survey. It is easy to create branching logic for your survey questions. The customer support team are very responsive and helpful. I have not found anything I dislike about this product so far. We use Zuman to collect feedback from our employees across multiple countries. The ability to set up branching logic makes it easy to gather information from all employees at once.
