I have been looking for the perfect cocktail shaker for many years. Finally I think I've found it. My requirements were pretty low. It just needs to NOT LEAK when shaken and OPEN LIGHTLY when shaken. This thing does both like no other shaker I've ever used. That's enough for 5 stars. But note that this shaker also: - pours well (not dripping or clogged with ice or whatever) - doesn't break because it's plastic (my last decent shaker was glass and shattered) - has ounce markings and milliliters. (which I didn't think I would use but I already have and like it a lot now) - transparent so you can see what's inside (unlike metal) - it doesn't freeze your hand when shaking (like metal) - less noisy when shaken compared to metal - decent size - one of the cheapest shakers Someone put a lot of thought into the design of this thing and it was worth it. I don't write reviews unless I'm really excited about something. I love this shaker. Feel free to get this one.
