I ordered this in April 2019 and it snapped in June 2019 - my German Shepherd's strap kind of came loose while walking (she's not the type to chew things) or rude), it was a mistake on both my part and theirs. A bit cheaply made, but maybe quite suitable for small dogs? The dispenser spun like crazy when I was running or walking my dog, which was annoying but not intolerable. The pockets don't come off easily so getting them out of their intended slot was frustrating. I would just open them up and pull them out of the rest of the pockets. It's not scary but I just ordered another brand
