Supergoop Proves to Be a Disappointing Experience

My interest in grooming piqued my curiosity about the products offered by Supergoop, which I eagerly anticipated trying. On the other hand, my interactions with their internet store were not in the least bit satisfying. To begin, I had trouble navigating their website, and it was difficult to track down the items I was searching for. When I was eventually successful in placing an order, I was dismayed to discover that the shipment would take a very long time to arrive. I am aware that things can run behind schedule, but the company's failure to keep me informed or provide any form of communication has left me feeling aggravated. To make matters even worse, the products that were sent to me did not live up to my standards in any way. In spite of Supergoop's assertions that its sunscreen products are fun to use and simple to apply, I found the mixture to be uncomfortable and greasy when applied to my skin. It left behind a white cast that was difficult to blend out, and it made me feel as though there was a layer of film on my skin the entire day. My time spent with Supergoop was, on the whole, not very satisfying. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable choice of sunscreen because the website is difficult to navigate, the delivery is always late, and the products are never as advertised. There is a plethora of other available choice that provides superior product as well as better service to customers.

Pros
  • choices for all skin types are plentiful.
Cons
  • Fewer products are available for export.
