I'm an avid BBQ fan. I love to cook outdoors, be it grilling or smoking. I mostly cook at home and what I can cook on the grill is much healthier than what is usually made in the kitchen. I originally bought this set to give to my brother-in-law. But I love it so much I'm keeping it for my own summer kitchen. I was skeptical about the quality until it arrived. The one thing I use the most on the grill is tongs. And the quality of the pliers is what I rate the whole set on. If the tongs are flat metal that bends when you try to pick up the steak and you drop it, then they're useless. The pliers included in this set from Morole (and the rest of the stainless steel components) are very well made and I am very happy with them. All other components in the kit are as if I assembled them myself! You didn't miss anything, which I would choose. Instant read temp gauge, meat claws, S&P shaker, steak knives and forks for four, etc. The only thing I probably won't use are bamboo skewers. But well, maybe? I am very happy with this purchase.
