But the screen works great.

The screen works fine but the double back tape doesn't stick well. It's okay, I just take some glue and apply it around the edges with a syringe. I have replaced the digitizer on my iPad twice and this work should not be taken lightly. Let me say that it is not about the quality or craftsmanship of this part, it is a very tedious job to replace.
