Great way to measure progress after total knee replacement

I use this to measure my progression of movement after total knee replacement. I see a physical therapist twice a week who also uses this, but I like to measure every day to help me move a little more towards my full range of motion goal (probably it would be around 130-135 flexion for me and 0 degree extension). enough). my goals). My husband takes measurements while I stretch and bend. A note: I have found that measurements vary somewhat depending on who is measuring. I've had physical therapists get slightly different measurements during the same visit, and my husband may have gotten slightly different measurements as well; They're all just a few degrees apart, and I guess I'm estimating progress, not an exact number.
