(Initial Review) USB ports were not working and my cable box was not working with coax due to a surge protector. So. 2 potentially great features that are completely useless to me. It is only good as a surge protector with 10 plugs. **edited review**. I initially gave these 3 stars because the USB ports didn't work and the coax part didn't work with my cable box either. The company contacted me and sent me a new surge protector. (You've obviously read their reviews) I've plugged it in and while the USB ports work, although I haven't tried coaxial ones yet. I am very satisfied with the product, so far everything works except coax. Customer service was AMAZING! And very very nice.
