Review on Hero Leather Training Leash - Ultimate 6 Foot Control for Dog Training by Jathan Louis

Update #2 - I used a new leash which the seller sent me almost daily. None of the dyes will flake, peel or rub off. It seems to be really good quality although the clip is a bit small. Maybe I just caught a bad lead the first time, but the new one is holding up really well so far! The overall rating has been changed to 5 stars because the seller is so great! Update: The seller has contacted me and is sending a replacement cable which should be delivered tomorrow. I have updated my review based on the seller's willingness to offer a replacement and their courtesy and professionalism. I will update the quality of the new one as soon as I get it. I hope the black stays on the skin like it's supposed to. I received this leash on August 13th. We went camping on the 14th August and used it twice and whatever black paint they used started peeling up and down the line. The leather seems to be of decent quality for $20, but I'm not happy that it's lost more than half of its color after two uses. It has never been wet or dragged across the floor so it clearly hasn't stood the test of time!
