I think when I first removed it it was beginner's luck. Unfortunately I'm in a situation where I have to clean it up every time I use it. Small house, small property, little freedom of movement. My second attempt to remove it was terrible. The rods inside the case "bent" and lost their shape. Trying to reform it was nothing short of a tragedy. The supplied instructions do not meet the requirements. I've seen some do-it-yourself video guides for the Spornio golf net and even similar guides for the Callaway. So far nothing has worked. I would happily raise my rating to 4 or even 5 if proper instructions (both printed and video) and perhaps even some instructions on when the rods will be delivered can be obtained. em. bent, if you know what I mean. They contacted me immediately and offered a solution to my problem that we are both happy with. It's been a few weeks since they told me they would send me another one, which of course leaves me with the problem of having two networks, one of which doesn't quite match. They emailed me today regarding my original purchase and said they would send me a free gift if I respond before the end of July. Apparently they forgot that I had problems with the original network.
