Size: I have a BIG head, these goggles run large and fit great. Flexible arm loops ensure a comfortable fit without constricting. They are very light. They come with a bracelet/glass strap so do not purchase separately. Go to YouTube to find out how to attach it. The attached instructions are useless. We spent several hours in them on the water, fishing in a kayak, with no eye strain from glare. I need to update the lens life information in a few weeks. These are the replacement Oakley Spilled Shots that I really like but they scratch too easily. Replacement lenses for Oakley cost almost as much as this new pair of Smith lenses! Diligently fished in it since March this year, no problems, NO scratches!
