VERY poor Seller - unwilling to exchange
Let me say - I love these shoes. Love them.I am wondering if the pair I got was incorrectly labeled? because they were definitely large, to the point of flopping on my feet. I wear a 7, a size 7 was the recommended size, and everyone was indicating "fits as expected" - so I bought a 7.After I received them and realized they were a bit too big - I immediately reached out to the Seller and asked them to exchange for a 6.5.They said no - but they'd be glad to take them back!How that was supposed to help me, I am not clear. I have put an orthotic sole in but it's definitely ruined the look of the shoes, which is why I bought them in the first place!VERY disappointed.Caveat emptor.
