Review on Tactical Webbing Military Belt with Moonsix Buckle - Top Men's Accessories and Belt by Mike Wachtel

I bought this gray belt a few months ago and it was in perfect condition. I bought another one in black last month and had to return it as there was a piece missing from the end of the belt, looks like it wasn't trimmed properly. I sent it back and received a replacement fairly quickly, but the replacement arrived in exactly the same condition. I am very disappointed in the quality. Are they only black people or are they all the same?
