So I honestly think this company is after me or I'm just spilling salt. I ordered a defective watch on November 12th with a missing pin holding the strap together. Made a replacement in December and received another with a missing pin. I would like to speak to Simone, who is responsible for this, because the pins may be missing after 2 p.m. One up and one down every month. It's a Christmas present, now I have to try to find a last minute present in the store. I'm so angry Low quality. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY I just received my watch. Very disappointed. The pin holding the ribbon is broken. And it can't be fixed. This is a Christmas present for my colleague. What am I supposed to do with it now? This cannot be fixed. I wasted my money. The watch is beautiful but broken. I want a refund or send me normal business hours. Annoyed, angry and frustrated. Dissatisfied I would like to exchange my watch for your gift.
