Comfy But Strange Fabric

I want to like and keep this dress, but I just don't know. The material is so strange and shiny. It kind of feels like a swimsuit cover. It has pockets, which is great and the sleeves are adorable. The fabric is a good weight and makes the dress hang nicely. I might return based completely on the shininess of the material.

Had a terrible smell. Washed it, shrunk. Didn''t fit. Straight into the trash it went since I couldn''t send back. Waste of money.

I rarely do negative reviews. This thing is ginormous for a small. It is made of cheap shiny material. I got the black tie-dye print to go with my black sandals, but the print is more of a dark blue. This dress looks like something you’d buy at a state fair. Back it went.
