My puppy (Chihuahua mix) is 19 pounds, has a slightly large/thin neck and fits her very well. It feels very durable, comfortable and very sophisticated. The D rings are very strong and I love the stitching around the edges. Very adjustable with all hole options. Packed in a very cute and simple box. I hope this will be her eternal necklace.
