I have several of these in different colors and I love them. They look great by themselves, with a long necklace, or with a scarf. I bought the black tiedye with floral pattern recently and one sleeve was 3 inches longer than the other. I think a 3/4 sleeve and a full length sleeve got paired together in the manufacturing process. I was at work before I noticed and my coworkers and I had a good laugh about it. I returned it and am ordering another one, because besides that error, these shirts are soft, comfy and look nice enough I can wear them to work. I love them.I am 5'5.5", 150 lbs with a small chest (34B? Small enough I don't need to wear a real bra so I don't know my size) and I get a medium. I could probably get away with a small but it might be a little more form fitting than I'd like, so I go with a medium and it's good.
