I read all the other reviews and decided to give this product a try. Arrived quickly, instructions in pictures. And as other reviews have said it was difficult to put together, in fact the plastic broke when I tried to put the two pieces together. Then I tried putting soap on the stick of the second one but it didn't work any better and finally I tried petroleum jelly but with the same results. I was very disappointed as I was hoping to hang my scarves rather than crumple them up in a drawer. Since it wasn't expensive I decided to just give the second unopened box away as a gift instead of wasting time and money sending it back.
