I bought this as a replacement for my worn out work bag. I commute everyday so I need a bag that is big enough to carry what I need, but not huge and bulky. This bag was exactly what I was looking for! It holds everything I need - thermal coffee mug, full-sized planner, wallet, cosmetic bag, umbrella, and sometimes a pair of shoes or breakfast shake. At the same time, I can easily carry it on my shoulder and it isn't awkwardly big. The bag is made well and has 2 open pockets (I put my cell phone in one and work ID in the other) as well as 1 zippered pocket (keys) on the inside, and the burgundy lining is sturdy and gives the bag an elevated look to it. The water-resistant material is great because I have to walk to the train station which means I can get caught in the rain (hence the umbrella) and the bag can be zipped closed at the top to protect the contents, as well. It is easy to wipe clean, too. I am VERY happy with my purchase!
