I like that Mutual is a very easy to use platform, it's great for small businesses with limited resources! The customer service team at Mutual are amazing and always go above and beyond to help you out when things don't work as expected or need some advice.

There isn't much dislike about this product, but if there was something in particular would be helpful for me would be more options of payment methods available. If your looking for an excellent tool for managing subscriptions then look no further! This has been such a life saver for us, we have had so many issues getting paid from our clients via PayPal/Stripe etc. Now all subscription payments can be managed through mutuality easily and seamlessly.
