My advice: Life shouldn't be that hard; buy another headphone. My headset lost Bluetooth connectivity a few times a minute for a second or two while within two feet of a signal. Also, I had the worst instruction manuals I have ever received. I'd offer you my step-by-step rework of how to turn it on, sync it, and connect to another device, but between having boot issues when it came out of the box and then falling out, I just returned it rather than understanding the instructions on how to boot. Like I said, life shouldn't be that hard.
